Natural and social disasters promote the homelessness of families around the world every year, in Brazil the great climatic diversity offers a variety of events, where regions have disasters and specific characteristics, as the occurrences of these can be inevitable or not prevented , causing even more loss of life and economic damage in an already vulnerable population. For that reason, the Emergency Architecture uses several concepts to establish the fast provision of housing and security in the post disaster. One of these, the Temporary Emergency Shelter, the place where the shelter was set up for the northern region of Brazil, characterized by the Equatorial climate of the Legal Amazon, was consider the climatic, environmental and social aspects of the local context. The objectives are relate to the delimitation of the parameters to achieved, such as climate, context and project, as well as hypotheses defined in relation to the materiality and aspects of the project. The result of the process was a detachable shelter for six, made available as a Mounting Kit, using materials of recyclable or natural origin, in a Wood Frame construction system combined with the Design Modulation, for greater flexibility in capacity and use, construction speed and less environmental impact.
